Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have reportedly expressed early interest in hiring Roma head coach, Jose Mourinho, as their next manager.
PSG, who are the reigning French champions, are expected to evaluate their options at the end of the season, as their current head coach, Christophe Galtier, is out of contract in 2024.
Mourinho’s future with Roma is uncertain as the Portuguese may consider a change of club.
The 60-year-old coach has a strong relationship with PSG’s sporting director, Luis Campos, having previously worked together at Real Madrid.

Mourinho’s contract with Roma expires at the end of next season. He led the Italian side to their first European trophy since 1961 with a victory in last season’s Europa Conference League.
Mourinho is now aiming for back-to-back European successes with Roma, who are set to face Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League semi-finals, with the first leg scheduled to take place in Italy on Thursday.
Roma currently sit in seventh place in the domestic league, five points outside the Champions League places with four games remaining.
If Mourinho moves to PSG, he will be taking charge of his 10th different club after spells with the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Inter Milan. He has never managed a club in France before.
PSG are expected to undergo a summer of upheaval, with Lionel Messi likely to leave the club and Neymar’s future uncertain, as they continue their quest for their first-ever Champions League title.
PSG was knocked out of both the Champions League and the French Cup this season at the last-16 stage. However, they currently sit six points clear at the top of Ligue 1 with four games remaining.
