Nigerian music star Bankole Wellington, widely known as Banky W, is celebrating his best friend, Tunde Demuren, husband to media personality Toolz.
Taking to his Instagram page, Banky W shared a video of himself with Tunde, the father of three, and his kids enjoying a moment in the pool. Reflecting on their journey, he expressed that “if only people knew where God brought them from, where they are now, where He’s taking them to, and what He’s making of them.”
Banky W conveyed deep gratitude for their journey together and for Tunde’s unwavering support through “every mountain high and valley low.” Wishing Tunde a happy birthday, he prayed for “more grace, favor, peace, and prosperity” in his life.

Banky W, who recently welcomed a second child with his actress wife Adesua Etomi, revealed in September that he and his family had relocated overseas. He shared that he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Policy Management at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. This new chapter, he explained, is dedicated to his family, faith, and finding purpose, as he called for prayers.
