Stage 1 – ADB_REVIEWER:
The first stage on the application dashboard is ADB_REVIEWER. At this stage, a reviewer will meticulously scrutinize your application details to ensure they are accurate. The reviewer will also verify your account number and confirm the uploaded documents. If your application is approved, it will be forwarded to the reviewer’s supervisor for the next stage.

Stage 2 – ADB_SUPERVISOR:
The second stage on the dashboard is ADB_SUPERVISOR. The supervisor will review your application details and verify the uploaded documents during this stage.
If everything is in order, a 16-digit AA number will be generated, and the application will be forwarded to the disbursement team for approval of the disbursement of cash or transfer.

Stage 3 – ADB_DISBURSEMENT_REVIEWER:
The final stage on the dashboard is ADB_DISBURSEMENT_REVIEWER. At this stage, a disbursement reviewer will conduct a final review of your application to ensure that all the information provided is accurate.

The reviewer will also approve the disbursement of the funds in cash or transfer. If the disbursement is approved, you will receive a mail notification to that effect.
