A US-based woman’s video expressing her disappointment about a house her brother built for her in Nigeria has gone viral.
In the trending video, the lady could be seen lamenting and cursing her brother for leaving her with an uncompleted building that looks “stinking and sinking.”
She alleged that she had been sending her “hard-earned” savings to her brother in Nigeria to help her build a two-storey building.
However, returning to Nigeria, she realized that her brother had not completed the building as agreed upon.
The aggrieved lady, whose identity is unknown, vowed to go to every extent to ensure her brother, who is on the run, is prosecuted to “the fullest extent of the law.”

She stated: “I am going to prosecute you to the full extent of the law. I am not going to look back that you are my brother. You have stolen from me. I am going to curse you. It shall not be well with you. Everything you do is not going to work. Your generation will feel what I feel.”

In the video, she expressed her disappointment, saying, “You all don’t understand. I am right here thinking I am going to get a house. A two-storey building and this is what I have got. What am I going to do after several years in America? I have been saving. Saving all kinds of money to build a house.”
She further revealed that she had been trusting her brother, Obinna, to take care of her savings and build the house. She said, “I was sending the money to this crooked brother of mine, Obinna. This is what I have. A stinking, sinking house. That is what this guy got me. You all should look at it, the garden, the water.”

The US-based woman also lamented the sacrifices she had made to send money to her family in Nigeria, saying, “You don’t understand. You sit down and you work for a job in America. You have to take care of your brothers and sisters, your nuclear family including your parents. Above all, you have to save. You also take all kinds of loans.”
She concluded by vowing to seek justice, saying, “I trusted my brother. And I have been asking my parents if they were sure this little boy has been taking care of my stuff. They said yes. They never came here. They also trusted Obinna as I did.”
