The match took place at the Allianz Arena, where Bayern needed a comeback after losing the first leg 3-0.

Bayern fought back and equalized in the 33rd minute, with Joshua Kimmich scoring a stunning goal to level the score.

Despite Bayern’s best efforts, they were unable to score again, and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. Manchester City’s victory means they will face Real Madrid in the semi-finals.

In the other quarter-final match of the night, Inter Milan advanced to the semi-finals with a 5-3 aggregate victory over Benfica.

Although Benfica put up a fight in the second leg and drew 3-3, they were unable to overturn their deficit from the first leg.

The result means that there will be an all-Milan semi-final, with AC Milan facing Inter Milan.
